Why Do My Joints Hurt?
Pain Sprain & Inflamed
Summary
In episode 81 of HealingMatters, Jason Eagle talks about Joint Pain. Why do my joints hurt? How do I treat an injured joint? What foods can I eat to naturally heal joints? What supplements can I take to naturally heal joints?
Causes Of Joint Pain
As you age, the suppleness of your joints decreases. Weather may cause flare ups because when the barometric pressure changes, it also changes the pressure internally. Minerals can be deposited into the joint. Too many minerals in one area can make the area stiffen up. There is not a lot of blood flow to a joint. This is beneficial because if you sprain and ankle or tear a rotator cuff you won’t have a lot of internal bleeding.
Pharmaceutical Drugs Don’t Heal
When you have inflammation, Tylenol and other pharmaceutical drugs only stop the pain by artificially decreasing inflammation. It’s like a band aid. The joints, ligaments, and tendons need mineral to repair themselves. Poor diet and over farmed fields leave the body deficient in minerals.
Fat Is Your Friend
The Liver and Gallbladder are responsible for breaking down fats. Americans are scared that fat makes you fat. Some fats will make you fat and also cause inflammation like vegetable oils and hydrogenated oils. On the other hand, healthy fats like avocados, grass fed animals fats, and coconuts will help lubricate your joints and keep your brain healthy. Premier Research Labs Limonene will help the Liver and Gallbladder emulsify (break down) fats so the body can digest them. Take out process foods and eat a health Mediterranean or Paleo diet to decrease inflammation and infection. Reduce your sugar/carbohydrate consumption and going gluten free. Joint pain and inflammation comes from two things. One: lack of minerals and Two: chronic infection. Chronic infection is generally in the intestines or a bad tooth/dental work. Viruses and Parasites will also make your body toxic and inflamed. As well as Candida, Fungus, and Yeast. They “grow” in the joint and eat them because there is very little blood flow. If I Rest, I Rust
Keep your body moving! There’s a great saying, “If I rest, I rust.” Stretching, moving, using a joint will help. Water rehabilitation is great physical therapy for elbows, knees, backs, ankles, necks and more. If it’s a disk injury ask your chiropractor if you can use an inversion table to decompress the spine.
